Model and software credits

House geometry and renovation concepts were developed from owner measurements and photographs. Furniture, finishes and unmeasured building details are approximations.

Furniture library

Selected migrated furniture and fixture meshes are by eTeks / Sweet Home 3D, used under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported. These include doors, windows, bathtub, vanity, toilet, washer, staircase, sofa and box-based objects. Adaptations include extended door jambs and revised staircase materials. Their original catalog assets were preserved with the source project.

Materials and browser viewer

The two basement finish textures are generated concept swatches, not manufacturer products. The browser viewers use Three.js under the MIT license. Browser materials are simplified; rendered stills show the fuller material treatment.
