Neurture: Quit Habits is a private, self-guided app for people working with cravings, urges, addiction-related habit loops, and repetitive behaviors around alcohol, nicotine, food, porn, gambling, screen time, shopping, substances, and other patterns.
It offers no-shame tools grounded in ACT, CBT, mindfulness, relapse-prevention skills, and self-compassion, including guided check-ins, meditations, journaling prompts, coping skills, and habit-change plans.
Neurture is not therapy, detox, diagnosis, crisis support, or a replacement for addiction treatment, but it can complement personal goals, peer support, therapy, or treatment-center work by helping people practice skills between sessions and in high-risk moments.
